The PowerWeld MM-180E wire feed welder is designed for maintenance and sheet metal fabrication. The welder consists of a single-phase power transformer, stabilizer and rectifier along with a unique, built-in control/feeder. You can weld sheet metal from 24 gauge up to 1/4" thick with a single pass.
In addition, this innovative product will allow you to weld thicker steel with beveling and multiple-pass techniques. Tweco-style nozzles and contact tips are used.
This product comes with the gun and cable assembly, a 6’ (1.8m) work cable with clamp and an argon flowmeter with hose. In addition, you get a sample spool of 0.030” (0.8mm) self-shielding, flux-cored wire, spare contact tips and a 6’ (1.8m) power cord with plug as well as an instruction manual. This welder is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
