Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In some instances we utilize a third party warehouse for stocking and shipping our products.  In the case of products stores at a third party, orders may take up to 4 days to ship. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For shipping in Canada:  Mr. O Supply uses the most efficient shipping method available at the time of order, whether through Canada Post, a major carrier such as UPS/Purolator or local couriers.  Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and are stated below:

In-store pickup

Local Pick-up Option:   You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse in Newmarket, Ontario located at 589 Steven Court, Unit 3 L3Y 6Z3.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am – 4pm on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

At this time, Mr. O Supply Inc. does not offer Shipping to any Countries outside of Canada.

We hope to expand to other Counties and will update our shipping policy as our online offering expands.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@misterosupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Refunds are subject to inspection of the product and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

A request for return is required and can be made by emailing your name and order number along with reason for return to customerservice@misterosupply.com.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@misterosupply.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
